HOUSE RULES Is smoking allowed in the home? Are pets allowed in the home? Are parties allowed in the home? Will the home be shared with other guests? Can more guests stay in the home than specified on the booking form? How is payment accepted? Are meals/beverages included? Are towels and bedding included in the rental fee? Who should be called if there's a problem? When will the deposit be returned?
- IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE HOME?
We have a strict no smoking policy in doors. While ashtrays are provided, we expect guests to smoke outside of the home.on when you leave the home. - ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOME?
This can be arranged. Please contact us during the booking process to discuss these requirments. - ARE PARTIES ALLOWED IN THE HOME?
Our home, while in an ideal location, is situated in a residential area. This means that your neighbours go to work in the morning and so require quiet during night time.
Guests are expected to keep noise to a minimum after 8PM during the week and 10PM on weekends.
We don’t allow parties and events in our home and only registered guests are allowed on the property. - WILL THE HOME BE SHARED WITH OTHER GUESTS?
When you rent our home, you will rent out the entire home. The only people who will have access to the premises will be you and your family or booked party. - CAN MORE GUESTS STAY IN THE HOME THAN SPECIFIED ON THE BOOKING FORM?
We don’t allow more than 10 guests at our home. - HOW IS PAYMENT ACCEPTED?
We take payment by credit card or bank transfer. All card transaction are billed in South African Rands and converted to your local currency by the card issuer at their prevailing rate. - ARE MEALS/BEVERAGES INCLUDED?
Our home is self-catering.
Grocery retailers Woolworths and Pick n Pay and Checkers offer online shopping if guests do not have their own transport, and we also are able to arrange prepared meals at an additional fee. - ARE TOWELS AND BEDDING INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEE?
Yes, we provide a set of towels for the maximum number of guests that can stay at the property. Bedding is provided for all beds on the premises. - WHO SHOULD BE CALLED IF THERE’S A PROBLEM?
When guests check in, they are provided with a list of emergency contacts in case of fire, medical or safety emergency. - WHEN WILL THE DEPOSIT BE RETURNED?
After the guest has left, the accommodation will be thoroughly checked out for damages and missing items. Should there be none the breakage deposit is returned within 7 working days.
